These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the btjil platform and the user ("Member"). By accessing the btjil.bar website or registering an account, you are considered to have fully accepted all provisions of these Terms.

btjil is an online casino and betting platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and live casino services for users in Bangladesh. These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms.

To open an account and use the services on btjil, a Member must meet the following conditions:

• The Member must operate only one account in their own name. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

• If information provided during account registration is found to be false or misleading, btjil reserves the right to suspend or close the account at any time.

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on btjil, the Member must complete the registration form with their correct name, mobile number, and required details. After registration, btjil may request additional information for identity verification if needed.

3.2 Identity Verification

To ensure security and fair play, btjil reserves the right to verify a Member's identity. A copy of a national ID card or passport may be requested for verification. btjil reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the verification process is complete.

3.3 Account Security

The Member is personally responsible for all activity on their account. Always keep your password confidential, and if unauthorized access is suspected, notify btjil support immediately.

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

btjil currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit, though btjil reserves the right to set limits based on circumstances.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods & Limits

Withdrawals are also processed via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.

4.3 Payment Verification

Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile number or account used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. If an unusual transaction is identified, btjil may hold the transaction for investigation.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

btjil offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 or more → Bonus capped at ৳5,000 → Total balance ৳17,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, the Member must wager 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not deposit + bonus). For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Specific terms apply to each bonus offer and will be stated in the details of that offer.
• Bonuses may only be used on your own account and are non-transferable.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, btjil reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• btjil reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program at any time.

btjil's VIP program has five tiers. By playing regularly, members can advance to higher tiers and enjoy greater benefits:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

VIP benefits may change at btjil's discretion. Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback bonuses. Contact the support team for more details.

btjil is committed to ensuring fair play and a fair environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to access or hack another Member's account.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing the bonus system or promotions.
• Using bots, automated software, or any technical method to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving in an abusive manner toward other members or btjil staff.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage by exploiting technical errors on the platform.

If a Member is found to be involved in any of the above prohibited activities, btjil reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the balance without prior notice.

8.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on btjil are conducted impartially. Game software providers include Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, JILI, PG Soft, and others. Each game has its own rules and payout structure, which are described in the game interface.

8.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. btjil reserves the right to suspend or cancel any match or market. Please check the specific market rules before placing a bet.

8.3 Technical Issues

In the event of a disconnection or technical issue, btjil will resolve the matter according to its established policy. If an incorrect payout occurs due to a software error, btjil reserves the right to recover those funds.

10.1 Voluntary Closure

A Member may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Any outstanding balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, subject to the Terms being met.

10.2 Suspension or Closure by btjil

btjil may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Serious breach of the Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspicious financial transactions or fraudulent activity.
• Instructions from a court or regulatory authority.

btjil's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
